Home Stay Program for Vancouver Students

We have two types of accommodations

• Zee Package - A (Hostel)
  
  Zee Green this privately owned residence. It offers 6 bedroom suites with 2 complete bathrooms and a full kitchen. Students must provide their own linen, dishes, pots, pans and cutlery. Students are required to sign an 8-month lease and pay first and last months rent on or before their arrival. More information can be found by emai or phone. • Zee Package - B (Family Stay)
  
  Homestay program consists of 3 meals per day provided by the family and your own private room. You will need to share the house with the family including bathroom facilities. Families in Canada usually have more than one bathroom in the house. You will likely be invited to partake in the family's activities. This type of accommodation is usually $750.00 CDN/month.. Students must also sign a homestay agreement which includes a $200.00 homestay deposit refundable provided 1 months written notice is given before moving).
  Privileges: Student desk & Chair, Closest, Television, Phone (Local Calls only), Computer with unlimited internet, Full laundry. We will also give free lessons on the resources and services in Vancouver. (Information about Vancouver, Health Care, Money and Banking, Finding ajob, Working, Cars & Driving, Education, The Legal System, Multiculturalism, Human Rights, Government System, Sports & Recreation.)

• Zee Package -C (Shared)
  
  Privileges. The family will provide you with a room only and you will have to share the bathroom with other occupants. You will be required to purchase your own food and have access to the family kitchen and cooking appliances for cooking. This type of accommodation ranges from $500 to $600/CDN/month or less.
  Privileges: Student desk & Chair, Closest, Television, Phone (Local Calls only), Computer with unlimited internet, Full laundry. We will also give free lessons on the resources and services in Vancouver. (Information about Vancouver, Health Care, Money and Banking, Finding ajob, Working, Cars & Driving, Education, The Legal System, Multiculturalism, Human Rights, Government System, Sports & Recreation.)
  

  Please note that most Canadian families have either small children or pets. Please return your accommodation form as soon as possible to give us time to find you suitable housing.

  Attached you will find the following forms:
  - Homestay application form (Please fill out and return as soon as possible)
  - Flight details information sheet (Please fill out and return as soon as possible)
  In order to access the airport pickup service we must receive your request ahead of time

  A Zee InfoTech representative will pick you at the airport and will be carrying a sign with your name on it. Please look for him/her on your arrival. The driver will also be carrying a cellular phone 604-710-3172. If you can't find him/her, call us at our offiice, We will mmediately do the arrangements and someone will be to pick you up within 90 minutes. All we need now is your flight number. Please forward this information to us as soon as possible.
